On May 26, 2008 israeli workers tried to place a new caravan on the eastern side of the Jewish settlement of Modiin Elite in the West Bank. The caravan was placed on Palestinian land belonging to the village of Bilin. During the work a Palestinian from the village of Bilin climbed on one crane in a purpose to stop the stop the work, after 5 hours of negotiations he agreed to be lowered down and then he got arrested.
